Sultan orders headquarters for Arab writers union

Sharjah: His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, ordered the allocation of a permanent headquarters for the General Union of Arab Writers.

The move reflects Dr Shaikh Sultan’s staunch belief in the important role played by Arab writers, and is in line with his keenness to support their work and encourage them to carry out their active cultural role.
