Sharjah tourist spots to get Emirati managers

Sharjah: Premiere tourist destinations in Sharjah namely Al Qasba, Al Majaz Waterfront and the Heart of Sharjah, will have new Emirati managers as per the order of Shaikha Bodour Bint Sultan Al Qasimi, chairperson of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq).

Al Qasba will be managed by Sultan Mohammad Shattaf while Mohammad Fadhel Al Mazroui will manage the Al Majaz Waterfront. Yousuf Ahmad Al Mutawa, meanwhile, will manage the Heart of Sharjah project.

“Shurooq has been focusing on developing human resources in support of the Emiratisation process, and these appointments are in line with aims to meet this goal,” Shaikha Bodour said.
