RAK Tourism targets German guest market

Abu Dhabi: Ras Al Khaimah’s Tourism Development Authority announced it has entered into a cooperative marketing agreement with German tour operator TUI. The agreement is part of the emirate’s strategy to strengthen its position as a leisure destination among German tourists.

The partnership will extend to consumer and travel trade communication via TUI media portals. The authority said the partnership will contribute significantly to the emirate’s objective of attracting one million visitors per year by the end of 2018.
