Technology committee budget approved

Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Executive Committee yesterday approved a memorandum from the Finance Department regarding the budget of the Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee for 2009-10.

In a meeting chaired by Shaikh Hamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court and Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, the committee also approved the projects of the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority including the electricity network in Aryam Island, installing control valves and filters in new concrete rooms on the sectoral borders of Abu Dhabi Island, as well as the importation and installation of a water network and water development projects in Al Ain.
