Those beachfront villas come at a discount

Dubai: The developer of Sharjah Waterfront City is sweetening its offers. The Sharjah Oasis Real Estate Developments is offering up to 5 per cent discounts on three- and four-bedroom beachfront villas at its Sun Island cluster. These properties are scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2019. “We want end users to start buying beachfront homes and enjoy a superior lifestyle on the beach and within a gated waterfront community that includes a water theme park, a large mall, 14 hotels, retail district, plenty of choices in food and beverage options to choose from — all spread across eight islands and on the beachfront landscape,” Shaikh Abdullah Al Shakrah, Chairman. Todate, more than 60 per cent of the Sun Island Phase 1 villas have been sold.
