Qaryat Qurum township unveiled

Muscat: Al Qurum Properties LLC (AQPL), a joint venture between UAE-based ETA Star and Oman's OHI Group, have unveiled Qaryat Qurum, a luxury township in Muscat.

Qaryat Qurum's residential and commercial properties are spread over an area of 128,934 square metres and a total development area of over 500,000 square metres. The development has been broken down into two major categories: The Main Centre and the Hilltop Residences.

The Main Centre comprises of a retail area, Commercial Towers, Business Hotels and Service Apartments. The Hill Top Residences comprises of 13 towers of 1, 2, 3, & 4 BHK Duplex apartments.

The residences have been designed to offer an extensive landscape, modern amenities and contemporary architecture with a distinct Arabic flavour. Only Omani's and GCC nationals are entitled to own property in Qaryat Qurum.
