Nakheel awards Dh120m contract for Al Furjan Phase 2

Dubai: Property developer Nakheel has awarded a Dh120 million contract for infrastructure work at its Al Furjan master community in Dubai.

The contract with Dubai-based Target & Jima Construction Company for Phase 2 of Al Furjan involves the construction of 16 kilometres of roads and the preparation of nearly 500 third party villa plots.

Work is expected to begin by the end of October, with a 16-month completion timeline.
