Dubai: The upscale neighbourhood Jumeirah 3 gets a fresh batch of high-end residences at rents from Dh390,000 annually. There will only be 11 of these “Kanoo Villas”, each of which is a two-storey property featuring 2,957 square feet. “As The Kanoo Villas represent one of the first new residential developments in the area in over 20 years, we are extremely confident that they will be well-received,” said Christian Peter of The Kanoo Group, the developer.
