Emaar’s Burj Dubai Lake serviced apartments launched

The Burj Dubai Lake Hotel and Serviced Apartments yesterday became the latest project to be launched by Emaar Properties.

The 60-storey property will offer signature-designed, fully equipped serviced apartments for sale in the curvilinear tower which is located on the Burj Dubai Boulevard next to The Dubai Mall.

The five-star property will be managed by a hotel group which will also manage the 210-room luxury hotel.

The property directly overlooks the Burj Dubai lake and faces The Old Town. It has a selection of one- to four-bedroom apartments. Construction has already begun and will be completed by the end of 2007.

Sales of the serviced apartments begin at the Residences Presentation Centre today and will be open seven days a week.

Owners of the fully furnished, serviced apartments retain the flexibility to occupy their pied-a-terres whenever they want and to release them to the international hotel group to earn income for them at times when they do not use them.

"Whenever the owner of the apartment is away for one day or 365, he will find everything exactly as on the day he left it, perhaps better. Thus, the apartment makes money for him even if he leaves it for a few days."
