Emaar unveils Residences II

Emaar Properties has launched the Residences II, a luxurious three-tower residential complex. It consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments within the Downtown Dubai district.

"Residences II will further satisfy the demand for an upscale and exclusive lifestyle that characterises the Burj Dubai development and all its offerings," said Robert Booth, executive director of Emaar Properties.

The company is looking to repeat the gains enjoyed by The Residences at Burj Dubai, with its six towers on the edge of the manmade Burj Lake, which are sold out.

Residences II sit under the shadow of Burj Dubai and will give residents prime views of The Dubai Mall and The Old Town - distinctive elements within the overall Burj Dubai development.
