Dubai: Two super-luxury apartments at the La Mer development in Dubai were bought by an investor for Dh234 million. This includes a 6-bedroom unit that fetched Dh164 million, and the other is a 4-bedroom apartment for Dh69.5 million. Both are in the Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay by Meraas.

There are only 29 apartments within the complex and managed by Jumeirah. The sale was arranged by Union Square House.
