Dubai: Waterside living in Dubai has just got more accessible.
Damac’s latest project, Riverside Views, has one-bedroom apartments from Dh888,000 and two-bedroom units for Dh1.42 million. With project completion scheduled for May 2028, the master-developer is offering a 70:30 payment split for buyers. The location is part of the Damac Riverside cluster in Dubai Investment Park.
“We are proud to continue listening to our customers' feedback and bringing truly desired products to the market,” said Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of Damac Properties. “Riverside Views introduces a collection of stylish one—and two-bedroom apartments housed within eight uniquely themed clusters.”
This represents one of the first major offplan launches in Dubai in 2025 – and, in fact, follows closely that of the more pricier ‘Damac Islands’ in November last. The townhouses there start from Dh2.25 million and the priciest villa gets a Dh18.61 million tag.
But it’s the sub-Dh1 million price tag for a one-bedroom apartment that’s getting a lot of attention from estate agents and, potentially, investors. “With all the community and the water elements thrown in, the Dh888,000 price tag will carry a lot of weight with potential buyers," said an estate agent.
“Damac built up significant cache with its water-themed Lagoons (in late 2021) and Islands (late 2024). Clearly, the developer reckons there is a newer buyer base for the more affordable housing options in Riverside Views.
“In terms of launch price, Damac is aiming for the sweet spot.”
Damac ran a month-long campaign for Riverside Views in the UAE and in target markets such as India, Japan, China, Russia, and the US. (The Bollywood megastar Shahrukh Khan was there for the Dubai launch event.)
Riverside Views feature a ‘mix of greenery and water scenery, enhancing a sense of well-being and connection with the environment,” said Amira. “We will continue to shape Dubai’s luxury real estate landscape and bring iconic products.”
The new cluster will feature five dining options, including a floating island restaurant, a Zen spa and even a hydroponic-enable farm that will provide ‘fresh greens daily’.
Damac makes a pointed reference of Riverside Views being near the Expo City cluster and Al Maktoum International Airport, which will be Dubai's defining destinations of the future.
According to property market sources, this is where the launch prices of Riverside Views would come in handy for investors. "There is upside potential for the current apartment values," said an agent. "With more launches happening at the bigger Riverside cluster in future, that should become apparent."
