DAMAC Properties awards contracts worth Dh1.4bn in 2 months

The contracts include work on DAMAC Hills, home of the Trump International Golf Club

DUBAI: DAMAC Properties, a Dubai-based luxury real estate developer, announced on Thursday that it had awarded 121 contracts, valued at Dh1.4 billion, in the emirate between January and February 2017.

The contracts, for construction, supplies and consultancy work, have predominately been awarded for a variety of services at five key DAMAC Properties’ projects, including DAMAC Hills, which features the recently-opened Trump International Golf Club.

The contracts have been awarded to a number of prominent local and international companies, including Ghantoot Gulf Contracting, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
