BinLadin Group lands Al Barsha Town Square contract

Dubai: The first phase deep services contract for Town Square, the Nshama development in Al Barsha, has been awarded to BinLadin Contracting Group, Nshama said in a statement on Thursday.

The deep services contract covers excavation and back filling for district cooling piping network, storm drainage and main sewers to be completed in 180 days.

The 31 million square foot development is “taking concrete shape for on-schedule delivery of its first phase residential communities,” the statement said.
