Aldar Properties on track to hand over Ansam

Aldar Properties said on Sunday it was on track to hand over its project Ansam during the fourth quarter of 2017, and that it was making progress across other projects.

In a statement, the Abu Dhabi-based developer said that Ansam, an apartment development on Yas Island, is entering its final stages. Building façade works are complete, and community roadworks and landscaping will follow this quarter.

The residences, where work is underway, are on track for a phased handover to conclude by the year-end.
