RAK Cements’ shareholders approve 3% dividend

Dubai:

RAK Cements said on Monday its shareholders have approved a 3 per cent dividend.

The total approved dividends was at Dh15.09 million, the company said in a statement posted on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s website.

The last date for participation will be on April 26, while the record date will be at April 30.

RAK Cements’ plant is capable of producing 960,000 tons of Clinker and 1,000,000 tons of Cement per year complying with BS and ASTM Standards.
