November Oman cargo sold at premium

Dubai: Dubai Mercantile Exchange hosted its latest auction on Tuesday, on behalf of Oman’s Ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG).

The 1-million barrel cargo of November-loading Oman Blend crude was awarded at a premium of $0.09 per barrel over the November Official Selling Price (OSP). The Oman OSP is calculated on a volume-weighted average of daily DME Marker Prices over the month.

17 traders logged into the auction and placed more than 30 bids, an emailed statement from DME said.
