MetLife AIG ANB to raise capital through rights issue

Dubai: MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance said on Tuesday it plans to increase its capital through rights issue.

The company plans to raise capital to 175 million Saudi Riyals (Dh171 million), it said in a statement on the Tadawul exchange.

“The company is working on the preparation of these requirement in order to submit them to SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency),” it added.
