Dubai: Value of shares bought by institutional investors reached Dh1.77 billion last week, and value of shares sold reached Dh1.58 billion, Dubai Financial Market (DFM) said on Saturday.
"The value of shares bought by foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, during last week (June 22- June 26) reached Dh2.06 billion comprising 35.1 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period," the statement said.
The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period reached Dh2 billion, comprising 34 per cent of the total value of stocks traded. Net foreign investment on the market reached Dh66.5 million during the same period.
The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during last week reached Dh1.77 billion comprising 30per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors reached Dh1.58 billion, which constitutes 26.9 per cent of the total value of stocks traded.
