Emaar board meeting set for March 13

Dubai: In a notification to the Dubai Financial Market, Emaar Properties, the biggest real estate company in the UAE, which has the largest weight on the DFM Index, announced a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, March 13. On the agenda are: Approving the Annual Report of the Board of Directors regarding the activities of the company during the year and adoption of financial statements for the year ended 31 December, 2013; discussing the dividends for 2013; nomination of external auditors; and discussion about the strategy of the company.
