Dubai: The first DFM bound IPO of 2025 has increased its issue size.
Dubai Residential REIT has decided to raise the offer to 1.95 billion units from the previous 1.625 billion units. The increase happens in the offer to institutional investors.
With the higher stake selloff, the offering now makes up 15% of Dubai Residential REIT’s issued unit capital from 12.5%.

The IPO subscription period will close May 20.
Based on what stock market sources are saying, Dubai Residential REIT's offering has generated 'interest over and beyond what even the most optimistic had been expecting'.
"Dubai Residential represents some of the most in-demand choices for living," said an analyst. "And Dubai Residential is creating more communities that will go into the rental market.
"There is real, consistent growth from all these factors. That's what investors are seeing in Dubai Residential."
