DSI postpones extra ordinary general meeting until May 28

Dubai: Drake & Scull International said on Sunday it has postponed its extra ordinary general meeting until May 28 due to lack of quorum.

The EGM was supposed to be held on May 21, the company said in a statement posted on the Dubai Financial Market’s website.

DSI recorded a net profit of $6.83 million (Dh25.06 million) in the first quarter of the year, marking a slump by 38 per cent compared to the same period last year.
