Dubai: The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission have entered an agreement to establish a framework of cooperation on financial technology.
The agreement is expected to further strengthen the efforts of both authorities to develop an innovations-friendly ecosystem in their respective markets. The deal also aims to encourage both regulators to refer firm to each other’s markets and to provide them with regulatory guidance.
