Bin Kalban dismissed from Union Properties board

Dubai: Union Properties said on Sunday it has dismissed Khalid Bin Kalban as its board member along with two other members of the board.

The company also dismissed Ali Fardan Ali Al Fardan and Mohammad Seif Darwish Ahmed Al Ketbi from its board, according to the resolutions of the general assembly.

Union Properties shares were down 0.71 per cent to Dh0.84 in a weak Dubai market.
