August Dubai crude average hits 7-month low at $47.691/barrel

Singapore: Dubai crude, as quoted by price-reporting agency Platts, averaged $47.691 a barrel for August, down $8.477 from the previous month, a trader said on Tuesday.

The price is the lowest since January this year.

Prices for Dubai, Oman and Oman/Dubai average quoted by Platts are as follows. Units are in dollars per barrel. Middle East producers set monthly official selling prices based on these prices.
