Arkan not to distribute any dividend for 2013

Abu Dhabi: In a disclosure to the Abu Dhabi stock exchange, Arkan Building Materials Board of Directors informed that they are not going to distribute any dividends for the financial year ended December 31, 2013. It also mentioned that the directors have approved the audited financial statements for the year and the AGM date has been decided to be April 30, 2014.
