Alpen Capital gets finance consultancy licence

Dubai: Alpen Capital said on Tuesday it has been granted a licence by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) to provide Financial Consultation and Financial Analysis services in Abu Dhabi.

Alpen Capital is a regional boutique investment bank which started operations in Dubai in 2004. It provides advisory solutions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and, Equity and Capital Markets. It has a wide presence in the GCC covering the markets of UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
