Humaid Bin Rashid issues decree on economic activities

His Highness Shaikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued an Emiri Decree on the enactment of a law regulating the practice of economic activities in Ajman.

Decree No. 05 of 2018 contains 40 articles and will be effective from 1st May 2018.

The Decree shall repeal the previous legislation as of the date of its entry into force. This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and circulated to all concerned parties to act in accordance therewith.
