Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority discusses cooperation with Kuwait Petroleum Cooperation

Sharjah: Rashid Obaid Jumaa Al Leem, Chairman of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (Sewa), met with Shaikh Khalid Al Sabah, Manager of Sales and Marketing at the Kuwait Petroleum Cooperation, and discussed cooperation and the strategic partnership between both sides.

The parties discussed exchanges of experience in the energy sector, particularly regarding provision of special operations, transportation and storage of petroleum derivatives necessary for power production and water desalination. Al Leem welcomed the Kuwait Petroleum delegation, and stressed the need to exchange experiences and activating coordination and the strategic partnership between both parties. During the meeting, Al Leem briefed the delegation on developments in SEWA and projects to be implemented for the future in all the working areas of the authority.
