DP World-owned P&O Maritime rebrands Spanish JV

Dubai: P&O Maritime, owned by DP World, said on Sunday it has rebranded Repasa, its Spanish offshore support vessels joint venture, as P&O Repasa.

P&O Repasa will be the official brand of the joint venture that operates 14 offshore towage market vessels, according to an emailed statement. It also has a permanent offshore service hub in Equatorial Guinea in West Africa.

DP World acquired P&O in 2006. In addition to P&O Maritime, it also operates P&O branded businesses P&O Ferries and P&O Heritage.
