Obaid Humaid Al Tayer heads UAE delegation at World Bank Group and IMF meetings

Dubai: The UAE’s Minister of State for Financial Affairs, Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, participated in the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group this past weekend, according to the Ministry of Finance.

Held in Washington, DC, from October 12 to 15. Apart from the usual meetings at the event, Al Tayer also inaugurated the reception for UAE banks, in collaboration with the UAE Central Bank, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
