Noor Islamic staff to get training in e-government
Dubai: An agreement was signed yesterday under which Dubai e-government will provide Noor Islamic Bank employees with online training courses.
Moza Al Akraf, information technology manager of Dubai e-government, said that the courses are designed to enhance soft skills to improve the overall performance of the company as well as to achieve 100 per cent adoption of e-services.
The government organisation began by teaching within the sector, and now they have expanded their services to the private sector. They offer a variety of courses ranging from technical and management to customer service oriented courses.
Impact
"The more you develop your employees, the higher the company's performance will be, and this will reflect on the government's performance," Al Akraf said.
The bank employees will have 125 courses to learn from, and they feature ease of access from work or home.
Any private company may approach the Dubai e-government for employee development, officials added.
