National Bank of Abu Dhabi's chairman resigns
Dubai: National Bank of Abu Dhabi PJSC, the United Arab Emirates' second-biggest bank by assets on Tuesday announced that its chairman Khalifa Al Kendi had resigned.
According to a statement posted on the Abu Dhabi bourse website, Kendi tendered his resignation on Monday without giving any reason for his departure.
The bank appointed Nasser Ahmad Khalifa Al Suwaidi as its chairman after Khalifa Mohammad Al Kindi resigned.
The appointment was effective from January 5, the bank said in a statement on the Abu Dhabi bourse on Tuesday.
