Kiosks to have teller services, allow customers to sign up for products

Dubai: Emirates NBD said on Tuesday it will soon launch the region’s first integrated digital kiosks, which will function like a branch, allowing customers to sign up for products and access teller services.
Emirates NBD said it has partnered with Diebold Nixdorf, an American provider of financial services, to launch the kiosks, called EasyHub. The digital kiosks will be open beyond normal banking hours and all days of the week.
EasyHub’s operations will be aided by a video banker who will guide customers via on-screen instructions.
