Etihad, Sanad Aero solutions sign $265m partnership agreement

Abu Dhabi: Etihad Airways and Sanad Aero Solution GmbH signed a $265 million (Dh973 million) partnership agreement for the sale and leaseback of engine spare parts.

Sanad will also provide Etihad fleets with 12 additional spare engines. James Hogan, CEO of Etihad Airways, said that Sanad, ever since its establishment, has provided a wide range of financing solutions for spare parts that Etihad Airways needs. Hogan pointed out that Sanad plays a key role in helping Etihad Airways achieve growth. (WAM)
