Dubai: Etihad Cargo on Wednesday launched a specialised service called FreshForward for the transportation of perishable cargo.
The new service will ensure that items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, fish, meat, and flowers move across Etihad Cargo’s global network until they reach their final destination.
At Etihad’s Abu Dhabi hub, FreshForward prioritises the transfer of perishable cargo from the aircraft to a centre, and then onto trucks to be delivered to customers.
