Emirates Group’s Transguard appoints new managing director

Dubai: Emirates Group subsidiary Transguard Group said in a statement on Monday that it has appointed a new managing director.

The support services provider has appointed Greg Ward, who previously served as chief executive of a Dubai-based company Plafond.

No details were given for the departure of former managing director John Nolan, who had been in the job for roughly 20 months. An individual with knowledge of the matter said Nolan and Transguard came to a mutual understanding for him to depart the company.
