Dubai: Emirates is increasing capacity on its Dubai-Singapore-Melbourne route from March 2016, the airline said on Tuesday.
The airline will fly an Airbus A380, replacing a Boeing 777-300ER (extended range), on the daily Dubai to Melbourne via Singapore from March 1 next year, according to an emailed statement.
It will be Emirates’ sixth daily A380 service to Australia and second daily service to Singapore.
Australia will become the third-largest A380 destination for Emirates globally with the six daily flights.
