Dubai Aersospace closes sale of StandardAero

Company sold to affiliate of Veritas Capital

Abu Dhabi: Dubai Aerospace Enterprise announced on Wednesday that it had closed the sale of StandardAero to an affiliate of Veritas Capital.

The agreement to sell was previously announced on May 26, 2015.

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise is a globally recognised aerospace company headquartered in Dubai.
