DP World Tour Championship launches 2022 ‘Luckiest Ball on Earth’

UAE Golfers have a ‘Once in a Lifetime’ opportunity to play in the Rolex Pro-Am

The DP World Tour Championship has launched the 2022 ‘Luckiest Ball on Earth’ aligned with the DP World Tour Championship to be held on Earth course, Jumeirah Golf Estates, from November 17-20.

This is the 11th edition of the ‘Luckiest Ball on Earth,’ where golfers in the UAE have the opportunity to play in club qualifiers, with winning players advancing to the Grand Final of the ‘Luckiest Ball on Earth’ to be held on November 5 at Jumeirah Golf Estates. From the Grand Final, the three winners; the leading man, woman and junior, will qualify to play in ‘Team Luckiest Ball on Earth’ alongside one of the leading Professionals in the 50-player tournament field, in the Rolex Pro-Am to be held on November 15, the curtain raiser to the 2022 DP World Tour Championship, played on Earth course in tournament condition.

Last year’s winners of the ‘Luckiest Ball on Earth’ were Rory McGettigan, Teffy Bercero and Emanuele Galeppini, who played in the 2021 Rolex Pro-Am with Dubai based DP World Tour player Adrian Meronk from Poland, who currently lies eighth in the 2021-2022 DP World Tour Rankings.
