Rents all over the UAE’s capital have dropped and we break down exactly where to look for

Abu Dhabi Corniche: Located right alongside the main beach, this is one of the most naturally attractive areas to stay in the city. In fact, the Corniche is one of a handful of areas that offers waterfront living in residential towers. Al Raha: From waterfront residences to swathes of beachfront, the Al Raha development in has quickly become one of the most popular choices in the Capital.
