HAVE A WORKOUT WITH YOUR LITTLE ONE: Do you find it hard to fit in exercise around looking after your little one? Take your tot along to the Urban Energy Fitness classes, which are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at Kids HQ in Al Barsha! Based in this spacious and friendly play area, the group workout happens in a studio to the side of the soft play area, and little ones are able to wander in and out to see mum, while being cared for by the well trained and attentive staff at Kids HQ. Pregnant mums, newly postnatal mums, and mums who are serious about fitness are all welcome, as the mixture of cardio and strength can be adapted to any level, and the friendly, energetic instructor Georgina is fully qualified in pre- and postnatal fitness. SIGN UP TO A BLOOM BABY CLASS: Bloom’s classes provide highly researched baby development programmes for babies from six weeks of age to 14 months, held at various locations across Dubai. Each activity has been carefully researched to provide a benefit to parents as well as babies, and centres around the social/emotional, cognitive and physical learning of young children, allowing little ones to explore and experience fun group classes with their parents.
