Ingredients

    1 cup sesame seeds

    1 cup almonds

    1 cup coconut, grated

    ½ cup sunflower seeds

    4 pieces jaggery

    1 cup peanuts

METHOD

1. Dry roast sesame seeds, almond, grated coconut, sunflower seeds and peanuts. Each of these nuts and seeds have to be roasted separately. 

2. Along with grated jaggery, grind all the roasted ingredients together into a fine powder.

3. With lightly greased hands, roll the powdered ingredients into a ball or laddoo.

Note: Have one laddoo per day for a month for best results.
