PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards celebrates real estate achievements in the Middle East

Oud Real-Estate leads inaugural Middle East awards, showcasing regional real estate succes

Bangkok, Thailand: PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, announced the winners of its real estate awards in the Middle East during the exclusive International Luncheon at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

The inaugural PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Middle East) celebrated outstanding real estate achievements across the growing region. Leading this milestone edition, Oud Real-Estate Development Company won the coveted Best Mixed Use Developer (KSA) title, alongside Best Retail Office Development (KSA) and Best Retail Office Interior Design (KSA) for its project, The North Yard.

The judging panel for the Middle East comprises Stephen Oehme, Director of Quantum Analysis Pte Ltd, Singapore, and James A. Kaplan, CEO of Destination Capital Company Limited. The judges ensure a transparent, fair, and credible selection process under the supervision of HLB. The official supervisor, HLB International, was recently recognised as the “2024 Network of the Year.”

Organised by PropertyGuru Group, the 2024 Middle East edition is supported by official portal partner PropertyGuru, official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru, and official supervisor HLB.
