Dubbed Ferrari Portofino M, the model gets an upgraded powertrain, a new eight-speed gearbox and new safety tech. The ‘M’ in its moniker stands for ‘Modificata’, which, according to Ferrari, refers to cars that have undergone an evolution that has significantly boosted their performance. Image Credit: Supplied 2 of 4 The Ferrari Portofino M’s 3.8-litre turbocharged V8 has been massaged to churn out 620 horsepower, 20 more horses than before, and has been mated to a new eight-speed gearbox. Ferrari points out that this ‘box differs from the SF90 Stradale’s eight-speed transmission in its longer gear ratios and the introduction of a mechanical reverse gear. Image Credit: Supplied 4 of 4 The cabin has a central horizontal aluminium blade dividing the instrument panel, air conditioning vents and passenger display into separate areas in the upper section. The other control functions are located in the section below, with a 10.25-inch touchscreen at the centre.
