On the second day of Xmas... a dove-shaped marzipan

Ingredients
250 gms almonds, ground
125 gms icing sugar
125 gms caster sugar
1 egg yolk
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients together. Add the egg yolk in once combined.
2. Allow the mix to chill for 4 to 5 hours before using it as desired.
3. Take a dove-shaped cookie cutter and cut the marzipan to decorate your stollen, Xmas cake or cookie with it!
4. Serve and enjoy!
