Ingredients
30 to 40 gms or 3-4 tbsp butter
30 ml or 2 heaped tbsp flour
250 ml or 1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
METHOD
1. Melt the butter and add the flour, stirring continuously until a round ball is made. Add the milk and stir continuously until a thick cream is made.
2. Cook for 15 minutes on a Iow heat, stirring often making sure that it does not burn. Set aside
