Grilled cheese sandwich with chilli flakes or chilli cheese toast

2 slices of mozzarella cheese, grated
2 slices of American cheddar cheese, grated
2 slices bread
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp chilli flakes
Butter, to toast
1. In a wide pan, melt a teaspoon of butter over a low flame. Place the two slices of bread and let it toast to a golden brown.
2. Next, combine the chilli flakes with mayonnaise. Mix well and keep aside.
3. Using a spatula, check if the butter has spread evenly over the surface of the bread slices. Then, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bread and slowly add grated mozzarella cheese and American cheddar cheese on both slices.
4. Combine both slices to form a sandwich and wait for the cheese to melt. Once done, transfer it to a plate, slice it in half and eat it warm.
