Ingredients
175 gms butter
175 gms chocolate
185 gms eggs
75 gms T55 flour
6 gms cocoa powder
0.5 ml vanilla essence
METHOD
Begin by melting the butter, then add the chocolate and mix well.
Then mix in the eggs.
Add flour and cocoa powder.
Add vanilla essence and bake for 6 to 7 minutes at 280 °C.
Hold for a few minutes and then serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
