Malayalam film ‘Fourth River’ wins accolades at festivals

It tells the story of four Naxalite revolutionaries

‘Fourth River’, directed by RK Nair, tells the story of four Naxalite revolutionaries who lived during the Naxal movement in India.

The lead characters are Munnar Stephen, his daughter Anitha, wife Sophia and their mentor Naxalite Ravi Master.

The cast includes Dipul Mathew, Nithu Chandran and Baiju Bala. After winning two Canadian awards, ‘Fourth River’ recently won three awards at Prague International Film Festival-for Best Director; Best Cinematography and ‘3rd Best Feature Film.’
